Atlanta, GA, May 24th 2007

May 24th marked another milestone in Pompei A.D.'s collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company, as the New World of Coca-Cola opened in Atlanta.

I am especially proud of the work that we have done to create a new global concept for their retail stores. Our collaboration with Coke's Retail team and the design team for the New World of Coca-Cola has been an extremely invigorating process. I've been pleasantly surprised at how intensely focused on design the brand team has been, and I believe that the retail store reflects our mutual commitment to making interesting and relevant things happen within the culture. I am thankful that I've had the opportunity to work on this project, and I am looking forward to seeing how this new store concept is received by the public, as press is starting to come out here and here.

I can't wait to get to Atlanta to experience the fully realized store in operation.
