Concert: Fujiya and Miyagi with Black Moth Super Rainbow

“Heavily influenced by 1970s Krautrock bands such as Can and Neu!, as well as early-1990s electronica bands like Aphex Twin, this contemporary disco-punk band from the United Kingdom are practitioners of a sound that swings and compels you to dance

Pennsylvania band Black Moth Super Rainbow has racked up comparisons to pre arena rock Pink Floyd meets Sesame Street. Full of atmosphere, soaring synthesizer rushes and bent phaser-blasts, it's the stuff of early-80s PBS children's programming intros, damaged film strips and decaying VHS tapes. BMSR's latest, Dandelion Gum, has garnered much attention from the likes of Pitchfork, Spin, Blender and NPR, among others.”
