Wine Tasting

Jean Luc Le Dû, the former head sommelier at Daniel, offers weekly tastings of his handpicked stock every Saturday. For two to three hours in the afternoon, distributors, vintners, and sommeliers discuss specialties and areas of interest such as the new world wines of Spain, a single label from Alsace, and pairing recommendations. Guests have included Scott Calvert, a wine expert featured in “What to Drink With What You Eat,” and Olivier Humbrecht, Wine Enthusiast's Winemaker of the Year for 2006. — Alexandra Vallis
