Jon Newman joined Pompei A.D. in March 2006 as the Director of Business Development. He brings with him a wealth of experience in sales, operations, and business development, as most recently he served as Vice President for Bantek West, the largest independent armored transportation company in the United States.

Newman was first introduced to Pompei A.D. over 7 years ago, when he was lucky enough to hear Ron Pompei speak at the International Conference for Shopping Centers. During Ron’s speech, Jon was inspired by the thinking and creativity of Pompei A.D., and was equally amazed by the work that was being produced by the firm. Immediately after the speech, Jon introduced himself to Ron and knew that one day he would work at Pompei A.D. Jon’s passion for business, coupled with the creative thinking, brand strategy and architecture/design of Pompei A.D., have provided him with a place to explore and combine his passions. Jon feels fortunate to work with wonderfully talented and inspired artists/designers and is continually challenged to elevate himself in this creative environment. He feels equally blessed to be actively engaged with existing and prospective clients that share the values and creative visions that allow Pompei A.D. to create experiential and authentic transformational environments.

Jon received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he majored in International Affairs, and minored in Philosophy. Jon finds his inspiration in his passion for invention, innovation, history and by the little things in life.
