A passion for creative expression launched Lynn out of college and into a whirlwind of international modeling assignments in global cities such as Paris, Milan and Madrid. Returning to LA, she focused on the movie industry where she excelled as a producer, creating, licensing, and hosting the first ever Internet movie review show, “Chix on Flix.” Simultaneously Lynn produced “3000 Miles to Graceland” starring Kevin Costner and Kurt Russell.

Lynn’s passion for development turned from Hollywood to Real Estate when she joined Richard “Skip” Bronson at the Bronson Companies. While working on Master Planned Communities for Bronson Companies, she attended a ULI conference where she met keynote speaker Ron Pompei. His C3 philosophy struck her immediately and she quickly brought Ron and Skip together. A year later, Lynn joined Pompei A.D. Bringing her experience, connections, marketing and leadership skills, Lynn is Director of Business Development for the Pompei A.D. West Coast Office. More than anything, Lynn connects to the vision that Ron brings to all aspects of brand development and retail experiences. The firm’s creative energy makes delivering the Pompei A.D. message to a joy.

Lynn studied journalism at Palomar College in San Diego, holds a California Real Estate License, and created her own jewelry collection called Francesca Lynn. She is a five-year member of both the Urban Land Institute and the ICSC.
