Monte joined Pompei A.D. in September 2006 as Managing Director. Bartlett brings to Pompei A.D. an impressive history of creative management and branding. He built a global creative services unit at Citibank in the early 1990s. Through innovations that included starting a new design division, he captured $22 million in additional revenue for Arnell Group in the late 1990s. His creative development work still resounds at companies such as Sony Music Entertainment, Inc., Foote Cone & Belding, and Method.
At Pompei A.D., Bartlett is responsible for the business overview and operating processes of each studio team, as well as strategic planning.
Bartlett is influenced by the work of Josef Müller-Brockmann, and holds a Master of Arts degree in Advertising from Michigan State University.
