The My.Suit team worked with Pompei A.D. to bring their unique vision to life by designing a branded store experience that engaged and inspired the often fickle male apparel customer through storytelling, interaction with staff, and co-authorship.
With the values, interests, and aspirations of the male consumer in mind, Pompei A.D. developed a customer experience for My.Suit that was rooted in providing a comforting and easy visit that offered opportunities for men to learn about new styles, define their own look, and have good time while creating the perfect suit for their unique lifestyle.
Created as a multi-zoned experience, the My.Suit store allows the visitor to first decompress and relax in the entry, helping them feel removed from the stress of shopping and focused on the opportunity to learn and create a new personalized suit. The main zone of the store is designed to facilitate interaction between the visitor and the My.Suit staff, enabling the unique purchasing process to unfold as the visitor is personally walked through opportunity to learn about new styles and convey their own likes and lifestyles to staff. Next the customer is offered a lounge experience where they can sit, relax, thumb through magazines and styles for inspiration, and contemplate their own unique look. The fitting room and personal consultation zone is designed as a more intimate and personal space with consultation tables where tailors work directly and professionally with customers to design the ideal suit.
The My.Suit store is designed as a distinctly masculine experience, making use of materials, lighting, furnishings, and fixtures that celebrate the unique and compelling story of custom tailoring.
